- What are your hours?
CoCo Spa is open Monday to Friday from 10am - 6pm. Saturday and Sunday 11am - 4pm. Appointments outside of these times are also available upon request. Please email or call to inquire about available times.
- How do I schedule an appointment?

- What is your cancellation policy?
Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice for any cancellations. Without notification, 50% of the service will be charged.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa and MasterCard. Gratuities are always accepted by therapists for great service. Industry standard is generally 15%.
- When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend that you arrive at CoCo Spa at least 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the intake form.
- What happens if I arrive late?
We try our best to accommodate you if you are running late. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify your treatment out of consideration for anyone who has booked an appointment immediately after yours.
- Should I shave before the facial?
For gentleman’s facial please shave two hours before your treatment.
- Transportation? Where should I park?
The best parking is available in Union Square. The closest Bart stop is the Powell Street Station.
- What products does CoCo use?
CoCo Spa uses unique premium products, ingredients and technology, featuring a Japanese skincare line that has existed since 1912, Marie Louise. This luxurious skincare line is based on the science of deep sea minerals and nanotechnology. The product’s botanical ingredients and modern technology, paired with CoCo’s expertise and technique, will enable your skin to achieve the balance it needs through hydration, lipids, and skin regeneration through exfoliation.
